Note: International shipments are subject to duties and taxes that the customer is responsible for paying.
SHIPPING STATUS
Please take care to fill out your address, email, and full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. To best keep up to date with your order, make sure to accurately input your email address as we use your email to send you notifications about your order. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.
DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING INFO
All orders shipped via USPS and FEDEX or UPS for international. Please allow 7 business days for order processing and production, and an additional 7-14 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
DELIVERY TIME
Once a package has left our warehouse I have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Studio Givix is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Studio Givix can never guarantee a delivery date.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left for you detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office. If a calling card is not left and you haven't received your package be sure to check your tracking number to see if delivery was attempted.
If you have not received your package within 25 business days of placing the order, email coreylynnlowry@gmail.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!
Corey Lowry and Studio Givix are not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.
DISCLAIMER: International customs fees (including Canada) are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Studio Givix. Delivery dates and estimates are, however, not guaranteed. Studio Givix disclaims any liability or responsibility, and buyer shall hold Studio Givix harmless, for the late or non-delivery of product. Buyer has no right to delay or defer delivery or acceptance.
Returns & Exchanges
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at coreylynnlowry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Should there be a valid reason for a necessary refund, I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
